In February KS3 and KS4 visited Hull to watch An Inspector Calls at the theatre. The group took public transport to Hull bus station, walking to the theatre for the start of the performance and caught the bus back to Scunthorpe at the end of the play.
The students enjoyed the performance, especially the visual effects when the set tilted forward to show the breaking apart of a family! The performance was well received which will help learners to understand the intentions of Jack Priestley when he wrote the play in 1945.
