In order to Inspire Excellence, Key Stage 4 learners visited London to see Macbeth at the Globe Theatre.  This eagerly anticipated trip started with a train ride to Kings Cross and all were ready to walk to Camden Lock and the market there, where we visited the waffle shop.

A tube ride took us to the Thames and a short walk to the theatre.  All the learners were engaged, focused and a respectful audience.  This play forms part of Year 10’s GCSE English Literature programme.

The day finished with a huge delay because of signalling problems but everybody was safe but glad to see home.
